What are you going to do?

Your job is to create and further expand our market position in the Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) market. You analyze the current market situation and determine which new products customers need. You consult with the Design team and the Sales & Marketing Director whether we can offer these products. You come up with new sales ideas and the associated sales strategy.

In this role you not only work closely with your colleagues of the Sales & Marketing team, but also with the Design team, the Customer Service team, the Quality team and the Operations team.
In this position you report to the Sales & Marketing Director

What do we expect from you?

The most important thing is that you are result-oriented and enterprising. You are a team player and in frequent contact with your colleagues and the customer. You communicate easily with different levels and remain calm under pressure.
These are also some important requirements:

• Bachelor degree in sales or technology
• Proven track record with complex international sales projects
• Familiar with international business
• Entrepreneur
