As a HR and financial administration officer you will process our salaries and invoices. You’ll be working
in both HR and financial administration.
The main requirement is that you have good financial insight and that you work in a precise and disciplined manner. It is also important for you to be fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English. We also expect you to have a very flexible approach, since you’ll be working on HR matters for three days per week, and in financial administration for the other two days. That means you’ll have to be able to switch quickly. The following are important requirements:
• Certificate in Payroll Administration
• At least three years’ experience as a salary administrator or HR officer
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Visual Manufacturing and an HR personnel system is advantageous
