Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative B2B it is your job to process our orders correctly in our systems.

  • You follow our orders from the moment of arrival until they are delivered to the customer.
  • You are the point of contact for our customers and you ensure that they are kept informed of the progress of their order. Customers can also contact you if they want to place an order.
  • You arrange the transport of our products to the customer and you prepare the invoices.

 

 

Job Qualifications

The main thing is that you speak and write Dutch and English. You work accurately and can plan and organize your work well. These are also some important requirements:
• MBO + or HBO education;
• At least 5 years of experience within a Customer Service department in an industrial and / or business to business environment;
• You have experience with Incoterms and payment conditions and knowledge of conditions surrounding documentary credit (L / C) gives you an edge;
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor Visual Enterprise) and knowledge of Salesforce
