As a Customer Service Representative B2B it is your job to process our orders correctly in our systems.
The main thing is that you speak and write Dutch and English. You work accurately and can plan and organize your work well. These are also some important requirements:
• MBO + or HBO education;
• At least 5 years of experience within a Customer Service department in an industrial and / or business to business environment;
• You have experience with Incoterms and payment conditions and knowledge of conditions surrounding documentary credit (L / C) gives you an edge;
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Infor Visual Enterprise) and knowledge of Salesforce
