Continuous Improvement engineer

who analyzes and improves production processes

What are you going to do?

As a Continuous Improvement engineer you are part of the Operations department. You analyze logistics and production processes and make proposals for improvements based on performance, safety or cost reduction.

You lead projects and create support and focus for continuous improvement. You are good at data analysis, project management and are able to translate ideas into concrete projects with a clear cost-benefit analysis.

What do we expect from you?

You are able to Switch quickly between the bigger picture and the details and you can link improvement actions to the ultimate goal. You keep an overview of various projects, are analytical and know how to set the right priorities. You don’t need to have any knowledge of cable systems, you will learn that quickly enough with us. It is important that you speak and write Dutch and English, because our machines are usually made abroad. In addition, these are important requirements:

• A bachelor or university degree in Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration;
• At least three years of work experience, preferably in a technical working environment;
• You communicate easily and naturally with colleagues who work at different levels.
